A settlement was reached in class proceedings which sought to recover fees allegedly charged by 310 Loans in contravention of the Criminal Code. The claims period in that settlement has now expired.

I just found out about the settlement. Can I still make a claim?

The settlement has concluded and the settlement fund has already been paid.  No further claims can be accepted.
