Mark W. Mounteer is the managing partner of Hordo Bennett Mounteer LLP.
He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has acted as counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitrations.
While the primary focus of Mr. Mounteer’s practice has been in prosecuting and defending claims brought under the Class Proceedings Act, he also has experience in a variety of other commercial litigation disputes, including: pension litigation, professional and director’s negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, and product liability.
