Hordo & Bennett presently consists of four partners, Randall Hordo, Q.C., Paul Bennett, Sandra Foweraker, Daniel Fetterly, four associates, and eight support staff.
The firm is located in downtown Vancouver, across the street from the Robson Square Courthouse. Our firm has a practice that is exclusively devoted to complex civil litigation. We have developed the expertise to organize, prepare, and present cases that combine a variety of legal issues, significant claims for damages and substantial volumes of documentation.
We have been able to focus our practice in this fashion by keeping our case load relatively small, deploying our lawyers and staff in litigation teams and by creating and utilizing litigation databases which have enabled us to organize and access the voluminous documentation that is the hallmark of complex commercial cases.
