Daniel G. Fetterly is a partner at Hordo & Bennett.
Mr. Fetterly has been practicing commercial litigation since 1992 and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.
His practice is primarily dedicated to product liability defense work in both fixed-wing and rotary aviation matters. He also has experience in other aviation related matters as well as non-aviation product liability defense, commercial litigation, and administrative law.
Mr. Fetterly has been recognized by the National Post’s “The Best Lawyers in Canada” as one of British Columbia’s top aviation lawyers and by Euromoney’s Institutional Investor as one of Canada’s leading product liability lawyers. Mr. Fetterly has also been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with a BV (High to Very High Legal Ability) Peer Review Rating.
Mr. Fetterly is a member of both the Canadian and Vancouver Bar Associations and is actively involved with the Canadian Bar Association Air and Space Law Subsection.
