Prior to practicing law, Mr. Mounteer was awarded a double major in economics and political science from the University of Western Ontario.  Building on his background in economics, Mr. Mounteer completed both the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Professional Financial Planning Course (PFPC) through the Canadian Securities Institute.
