Ms. Foweraker has practiced civil litigation since 1990.
Ms. Foweraker has experience in a broad variety of commercial litigation disputes, including: professional negligence, commercial and partnership disputes, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury.
Prior to commencing her practice, Ms. Foweraker was law clerk to Mr. Justice McIntyre and then to Madam Justice McLachlin at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Her academic achievements include three years as a Law Foundation Scholar at the University of Victoria and studying international law at the University of Cambridge on a Commonwealth Scholarship, where she received her LL.M. first class.
Ms. Foweraker is a member of both the Canadian and Vancouver Bar Associations.
