Paul R. Bennett is a senior partner at Hordo Bennett Mounteer LLP with over 20 years of commercial litigation experience.  His practice has included appearances before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also acted as counsel in complex commercial arbitrations.

Mr. Bennett has been repeated recognized as one of Canada’s leading class action litigation lawyers. He has acted as senior counsel in a number of precedent setting cases, including one of the first class actions to be successfully determined on its merits in British Columbia.

In addition to class and representative proceedings, Mr. Bennett has also acted in a wide variety of other commercial litigation matters, including partnership disputes, pension litigation, professional negligence, and administrative law.

Mr. Bennett has presented papers at continuing legal education seminars on Industry Class Actions and Document Management in Commercial Cases.
